ā You are not alone.
Building a business is hard, and although there are many resources to help founders with the strategy and practical side of the business, it is hard to find support for founders' emotional challenges.
Cofounder disagreements, insecurity, self-doubt, loneliness, burnout, and other complex issues are all difficult to deal with alone.
How you manage these challenges can determine your business success and, more importantly, your personal growth and happiness.
Who is this for?
- Founders
- Entrepreneurs
- Anyone looking to develop their Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
ā Founders looking to develop their emotional intelligence to improve their decision-making, enjoy the fundraising process, or improve their relationship with their cofounder are a few examples.
In general, the higher your EQ, the easier it is to balance your personal/work life and the more enjoyable your founder journey becomes
ā Founders who are experiencing burnout. For example, a founder is shutting down the business, a painful process requiring lots of emotional strength.
I am also working with other profiles, like people who are not founders but are unhappy at their jobs and are looking to make a change or start something of their own
Why me?
With over fifteen years of experience building two companies, securing investments, leading teams, and overcoming profound emotional challenges, I have learned that Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the linchpin of success.
My coaching training includes Aletheia and Positive Intelligence, and in my professional experience, I have developed techniques and strategies to foster emotional intelligence.
How does it work?
We'll begin with an introductory discovery call to determine if we are a good fit. If we both feel positive about the connection, we'll embark on a journey of at least eight weekly sessions via Zoom.
These sessions are designed to be flexible, allowing us to explore the topics that matter most to you.
This is a safe space for you to speak freely. My job is not to judge but to listen and ask questions.
We may set goals, explore strategies, or even assign some thought-provoking homework to foster your growth.
For the work to be the most effective, we must talk to each other candidly and assume responsibility for our actions.
Accountability will be our guiding principle, ensuring that you see tangible progress.
How much is it?
My initial approach is "pay what you can," I don't want money to be the reason you don't get the support you need.
However, a financial commitment is essential to our coaching relationship, as it fosters accountability and commitment to your personal growth. As a reference, coaching sessions go for as low as $1K/mo and up to $10K/mo.
I've been privileged to advise individuals for several years, but my passion lies in helping founders like you cultivate the right mindset to thrive and be the best version of yourself.
