ā At Grizzly, I oversee all product functions, including product management, engineering, QC, testing, and supplier operations, managing a 10,000-SKU portfolio across the full lifecycle. I set multi-year roadmaps, align cross-functional teams, strengthen engineering systems, raise quality standards, and build a high-performing, collaborative team.

A post-exit chapter, I took time off to travel and focus on my approach to leadership, systems thinking, and emotional intelligence.
ā After selling my company, I focused on leadership development, trained in emotional intelligence coaching, and began writing Advise Myself, reflecting on leadership, judgment, and the human side of building teams and businesses.

ā Built and led a subscription micromobility company in New York City, developing IoT-enabled electric bikes, scooters, and safety systems. Led product strategy, engineering, operations, and partnerships, scaling the business while balancing customer needs, manufacturing constraints, and operational complexity. The company exited in 2023.

Industrial design consultancy specializing in product development and manufacturing liaison.
ā Started and led an industrial design consultancy focused on consumer and commercial products. Worked with brands including Herman Miller, Crate & Barrel, CB2, Staples, and Club Quarters Hotels, partnering closely with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to bring products from concept through production.
